Web / Graphic Designer
with the following:
Job description:
• Designing webpages, newsletter, landing-pages etc.
• Creating wireframes and sitemaps
• Creating marketing materials, visual guidelines and brands, catalogs, flyers, web banners and other promotional material
• Preparing artwork for print and online implementation
• Designing the visual needed for the websites (banners, teasers, sliders)
• Assist with internal and external web developers
• Regular reporting to the Head of the Department
• Work thoroughly on a corporate identity, having in mind both consistency and innovation
• Work closely with colleagues to create a vision and conceive designs that translate the business goals into design products proposals
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the company’s objectives
• Meet deadlines and requirements
• Create persuasive corporate, sales and marketing presentations, and visual aspect of other corporate communication products, primarily, but not only in the digital world
• Create design for newsletters, digital marketing solutions, social media posts, info-graphich, websites and social media products
• Keep pace with emerging trends and technologies related to design, especially in new media
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Work with a wide range of media
• Advise the company on cooperation with advertising agencies
• Collaborate with management team and other colleagues to ensure consistency of brand identity

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Graphic and web Design experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems in a creative and efficient way
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Possess expert understanding of multimedia design and experience in creating both digital and print solutions
• Successfully manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept trough completion
• Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to communicate and prioritize while managing multiple projects
• Experience in web portal and web based application-designing solutions
• Interested in developing interactive designs
